Happy Berkshire Summer!
If there's one thing I've learned about summers in the Berkshires, they're quick and chock full of things to do, see and people to meet!
We are truly blessed with an abundance of cultural venues, scenic landscapes, and a myriad of delectable dinning experiences to be had. The only glitch is it seems to be that there isn't enough time to enjoy it all. Or is there?...
Non-profit organizations have the same dilemma: too many fundraising events.and not enough time [to properly plan, implement and execute a real development program]. And as the saying goes if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
This summer (and from then on) plan to succeed by serving your constituency efficiently and effectively.
